Applying Asset Management

Advice for applying Asset Management using industry knowledge, hands-on experience and insights at all organisational levels

Martin Kerr

Welcome,

I created “Applying Asset Management” to assist people and organisations in gaining the most from Asset Management with minimal effort. All articles and videos are my personal experience and insights into how I have applied asset management. Sometimes, to great benefit, and sometimes, I am sharing lessons learnt. The world of Asset Management has provided me with the opportunity to make a living. Applying Asset Management is my contribution to giving back.

I am a passionate Asset Management and Change Management professional. I have trained thousands worldwide on these topics and simplified how they adopt and gain value from Asset Management.

During the day with Structured Change, I assist organisations in developing their Asset Management Systems, assist them in their preparation for ISO Certification and coach organisations in how to deliver value through understanding their culture, leadership, and management.

Be sure to visit our On Demand Training in addition to our Instructor Led Training.

I hope you gain as much from this content as I have gained from creating it.
